No user accounts are created. No sign-ups are accepted. No third parties interact with this application.
MUSE is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The owner makes no guarantee that the application will function without interruption, error, or data loss. Use is entirely at the owner's own risk.
MUSE uses the YouTube Data API v3 and operates in full compliance with:
API access is used solely to automate uploads and manage content on YouTube channels owned by Nick DiMatteo. The application does not scrape, harvest, or misuse YouTube data in any way.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nick DiMatteo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use MUSE, including loss of data or service interruptions.
These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the application's functionality or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the application following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
